Dark Waters and the Surreal

Here’s more from my shoot with Korah. It was a completely new location for me and our first time working together, but I don’t think you can tell given the work we were able to create.

The original idea was to simply shoot some creepy cool stuff with the rabbit mask. While we were able to create some interesting shots with it, I found that I liked being able to see her face much more.

Revisiting this shoot has me itching to get back out there to shoot more surreal pieces as well as implied and full nudes out in nature. I love sculpting light in the studio, but the organic process of seeing what you can come up with by interacting with your surroundings is often more artistically challenging and fulfilling.

What lies in wait in the forest of our minds?

I’ve got lots of stuff still in the queue. There’s a superheroine shoot that we shot on the white wall, the sexiest pair of legs you’ve ever seen wrapped in fishnets, more boudoir shoots, and a killer witch shoot I did this last week. But before all of that we’re going to get to the killer set of black and whites I did with Ashley.

If you haven’t already, please like the Facebook page and let people know I exist.
